Trachoma Action Planning
Trachoma Action Planning (TAP) is a structured guide to help countries eliminate blinding trachoma using the SAFE strategy. It is data-driven, participatory, and updated regularly. Workshops define actions for Surgery, Antibiotics, Facial cleanliness, and Environmental improvement. TAP ensures clear roles, timelines, and coordination among stakeholders to achieve WHO’s goal of eliminating trachoma as a public health problem.
