Capacity Building and Training
The Organizational & Financial Management to Achieve Eye Health in Africa course supports leaders of eye care programmes in strengthening key systems to improve coverage, efficiency, and quality.
With a strong focus on African-tested strategies, this course empowers participants to address both operational and strategic challenges—ranging from programme planning and budgeting to community mobilization and leadership development.
Delivered by seasoned faculty from the Kilimanjaro Centre for Community Ophthalmology (KCCO), the course uses a dynamic blend of theory and practice, including interactive lectures, field visits, and applied assignments.
